Seema banayein: Apne energy ko khatm karne wali ya uncomfortable karne wali cheezon se mana karein. Apne apne zaruri kaamo ki taraf dhyan dein aur apne aap ko dhyaan mein rakhein.
Apni shaktiyon par dhyaan dein: Apne weakness ke jagah apni shaktiyan par dhyaan dein. Apni safaltaon ko samjhein aur apni zindagi mein kiye gaye kaamo ka aage badhe samman karein.
Apne aap ko positivity ke saath gherein: Apne aas paas ke logon ko, apne upar uthane wale aur aapke saath sahyog karne wale logon se ghiraayein. Apne aap ko khush rakhne wale logon ke saath samay bitayein.
Mindfulness ki practice karein: Yoga, meditation, ya deep breathing jaise mindfulness ki activities mein shaamil ho kar apne aap ko present aur centered rakhein.
